today, it actually rained. after all those days of el nino-like climate, it finally came. now the trees can grow. and we won't have to suffer under the torturous heat.

had the aforementioned SS test. was ok. i doubt i can say that about my amath test though.. we never had it! aaah!!! all that hard work. i had slaved away late into the night for many days last week and this week just studying for that thing, and they just told me that we won't be taking it anymore! i feel so bad. all that hard work gone to waste. but hey, look at the positive side, i could think of that as my revision for those chapters for the upcoming mid-year exams. i hope it does pay off.

got our english compositions back today. didn't get a bad marks. in fact, i guess it was that good that i had to read it to the class! eep. i was one in three who had to do it. i didn't want to, of course, but i had no choice. blech. i didn't even think i did that good. i realised that my story was such a cliche. my classmates said it was something that happened in the movie Mean Girls. i wouldn't know, though, i never watched the movie. even my teacher wrote that it was unoriginal. haha. read my march 29 post. that's where i wrote about the compo.

today is the first performance of anne of green gables. in fact, the matinee show is showing right now as i am typing this. for all the choir girls involved: may your singing make the show very much better. i'm sure that without you, the musical would have been *pshhhhhhh--boom!* haha. well, give your best, just like in syf! we're counting on you! :D
